My Go-To Breakfast

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to get a quick post in with my go to breakfast for the work week. It’s super simple and I never get sick of it! I usually go to the gym in the morning so I want to have a protein filled breakfast to replenish my muscles and keep me full until my mid morning snack.

I have a Fage 0% plain greek yogurt with a sliced banana. I then have a 1 cup of fruit, either grapes, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, pineapple, cantaloupe, watermelon, etc. Sometimes I mix and match in my container. My breakfast is finished with a hard boiled egg. I make 5 eggs on Sunday so I’m ready for the week.

The picture shows what my yogurt looks like on the weekend when I have time to put it in a bowl.
