I change what I do at the gym every time I go. It’s always good to keep your muscles guessing. I used to do straight cardio (aka go on the elliptical for almost a hour, but in my defense I did rotate between 3 different types of ellipticals) and I thought that was good for my body. I was wrong.
Everything is good in moderation. I now do about 20-30 minutes of cardio and 20-30 minutes of weight training. I’ll dive more into my favorite moves and some workout routines in future posts. What do you do at the gym?
