In case you couldn’t tell, I love Trader Joe’s. It has such a good selection of healthy and fresh food. I was just there and they have been introducing a lot more gluten free options. Over the next few weeks, you’ll see a lot of reviews about the new products I’ve found.
For now, here’s a list of my favorite items at Trader Joe’s. A lot of these foods you can buy at the regular supermarket, but there’s something about the way these taste that’s much better.
Baby carrots, shredded carrots, roasted garlic hummus, reduced guilt guacamole, reduced guilt kale & spinach dip, any nuts or trail mix, frozen rice, frozen edamame, feta, spices, oil, vinegar, salad dressing, pan sprays (canola, olive oil and coconut), half and half, egg whites and packaged lettuce.
Side note, the berries are usually cheaper (and fresher and last longer) than the regular supermarket.
