I am finding that getting delicious and edible gluten free pizza at a restaurant is hard. Sometimes, the crust is chewy and it tastes like the pizza isn’t cooked properly. Has anyone else experienced this?
I ordered the gluten free margherita pizza at A Mano and it was amazing; they do charge an extra $5 for the gluten free crust, but it was worth it. The crust tasted like a regular thin crust pizza and I even questioned if it was gluten free (it was!!!!!) I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend the pizza.
