Egg Whites

When I get home from work and have no idea what to make, I make egg whites. I buy egg white cartons from the supermarket and cook 16 tbsps (2 WW points). I spray the pan with Trader Joe’s Coconut Oil Spray for a little healthy fat and to add some sweetness into the whites. I cut up any leftover veggies and put them in the pan to warm up. I add the whites and season to my craving that night (salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, italian seasonings, red pepper flakes).

I sometimes put in some feta, depending on the amount I have left. Bam, done. Easy peasy, my type of cooking.

Adding vegetables to the whites is an easy way to get more veggies in your meal. More veggies = more fiber = fuller longer = eat less chocolate = more farts!
