Crock Pot Chicken Wings

Breaking out the crock pot again. Here’s a quick, easy, healthy, delicious and gluten free recipe for buffalo wings.

  1. Put the chicken wings and Frank’s Buffalo wings sauce in the crock pot
  2. Slow cook it on low for 3.5-4 hours
  3. Place the crockpot in the oven after for a few minutes to caramelize the sauce



These wings fell right off the bone. It’s so easy to make a lot and store them for the week.
