Airport Snacks

A few posts ago, I talked about buying snacks at the airport. Here’s a list of mostly healthy, gluten free options (drinks included) in case you get stuck! I know these types of food are more expensive, but it is worth it in the long run. Don’t turn on your healthy lifestyle just because you are traveling!

  • Trail Mixes (nuts and dried fruit only)
  • Potato/Veggie Chips
  • Fruit (container of mixed cut up fruit, bananas, apples, oranges)
  • Oatmeal
  • Granola Bars
  • Yogurt
  • Cheese Stick
  • Water
  • Soda (carbonation for upset stomachs)
