On Friday after work, Brandon and I went to A Mano for dinner. I was craving pizza and wanted to introduce Brandon to one of mine and my mom’s favorite restaurants. A Mano has regular, whole wheat ($2 extra) and gluten free ($5 extra) crusts, something for everyone as well as salad, pasta and Italian favorites.
I ordered the Margherita pizza: San Marzano tomatoes, homemade mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, basil and extra virgin olive oil on a gluten free crust.
It was really good. A Mano has it’s own pizza ovens and you can watch your pizza being made. The wood burning oven makes all the difference.
Brandon ordered the Diavola: San Marzano tomatoes, homemade mozzarella, spicy salami, parmigiano reggiano, basil and extra virgin olive oil on a regular crust. We basically had the same pizza except his had spicy salami. Brandon said his was delicious and he actually ate his entire mini pizza just like me!
