After dinner, Brandon and I headed over to Sprinkles cupcakes. We both wanted something sweet and I hoped there was something for both of us. There was! Cupcakes and ice cream!
I got the chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips! It was so delicious and creamy.
After I got my ice cream, I found out that Sprinkles did have a gluten free cupcake flavor. I didn’t suspect it because there was no major sign. I got the cupcake: lemon blueberry.
The cake was soft and the buttercream lemon frosting had just the right amount of lemon flavoring.
I’ve never had a blueberry lemon cupcake before or the combination but I love it. I’m going to incorporate it into future recipes!
