Two Tablespoons

On my birthday, my dad and I went to Urbanspace Vanderbilt at my request. It was packed so I needed an easy option. We decided to get two tablespoons because the entire menu was gluten free. I had nothing to worry about.

You could choose from lunch bowls, summer rolls or make your own bowl. Each of the curated bowls had a different theme: Asian, Indian, Greek or Spanish. We both got the Asian flavored one called Satori Bento. It had tamari baked tofu,Β sesame sauce quinoa, roasted sweet potato, and edamame and cucumber salad.

This is food porn.

It was fantastic. Everything was so flavorful and cooked perfectly. I gobbled it down. It was so healthy and fresh. I highly recommend it.
