I’ve been really into smoothies lately. I’ve noticed that I’ve been on the go on the weekends a lot more in the mornings and need a quick, healthy, filling and nutritious breakfast.

My smoothies have been consisting of:

  • 1 banana
  • fruit in my fridge (either a mango, small container of raspberries or blueberries)
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla SunWarrior Vegan Plant Based Protein Powder (shake/blend with water before adding to the blender)
  • 1 container of Dannon Okios Triple Zero in Strawberry

Blend until smooth

I’m impressed that they have been keeping me very full and I am going to continue to make them and try different fruit combinations.
