For Rosh Hashanah, my Grandma made me homemade gluten free matzah ball soup. She went all out and went on a mission to many different supermarkets to find gluten free soup noodles. Eventually, she found Gefen Gluten Free Wide Noodles. They looked like regular egg noodles even though there were no eggs in them.
It said on the package to cook the noodles in boiling water for 12 minutes. You have to cook the noodles for much longer than 12 minutes. I cooked them for about 20-25 minutes until they softened.
The noodles tasted pretty good too. I told my mom all about them and hopefully we will be able to find them in supermarkets up here!
