For Thanksgiving dessert, I made Sweet Megan Edible Brownie Dough. We bought this at the gluten free expo in October and were waiting for the perfect opportunity to bake them. They are vegan, gluten, soy, dairy and nut free. The ingredients are awesome: GF oats, organic cane sugar, brown sugar, organic palm oil, baking soda, pumpkin, vanilla, salt, cocoa.
We tried to eat it raw, but it was a little dense and wasn’t raw cookie dough. Duh! Anyway, it was very easy to make. All I had to do was scoop it out of the jar and put it in a pan.
Sorry, I didn’t have a brownie pan. Oops. The brownies came out well. They were both cake like and fudgy. Yum.
