Homemade Baked Chicken Nuggets

I also made homemade baked chicken nuggets with Julie’s help. We cut up a pound of chicken breast into nuggets, dipped them in olive oil and then dipped them in breadcrumbs. That’s it. We placed them on the baking sheets and stuck them in the oven until they were cooked. I can’t provide you all with an oven temperature or a cooking time because our oven is not the best. I cook everything on a higher temp and longer than necessary. Cut the largest chicken nugget open to see if it’s cooked.


That’s it. I served the nuggets with leftover roasted potatoes and butternut squash. Well, Brandon had cauliflower.
