On New Years Eve for dinner, Brandon and I met his dad and his girlfriend at Antonio’s Trattoria. We called ahead to make sure they had gluten free options for me and they did. Everything was denoted “GF” on the menu and they also had gluten free pasta.
For an appetizer, Brandon and I split the mozzarella caprese – fresh sliced mozzarella, roasted peppers, basil and tomatoes.
The roasted red peppers were so delicious.
For the table to share, we got the cold antipasto – prosciutto di Parma, dried sausage, dried soppressata, fresh mozzarella, soft-sweet provolone, Sardo cheese, roasted peppers & olives.
It was tasty and a great option for us all to share.
For dinner, I was extremely healthy and got the salmon dijon – served w/ escarole in a dijon mustard sauce with polenta. I got it without the dijon mustard sauce because I wasn’t feeling it.
The salmon was a little overcooked, but the escarole and the polenta were great!
