EatPastry makes products that are dairy free, egg free, non-GMO verified and vegan. There are also gluten free options. There’s 5 different flavors: Chocolate Chip, Chocoholic Chip, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip and Gluten-Free Snickerdoodle. I picked up the gluten free chocolate chip cookie dough at Whole Foods.
It smelled delicious!
Because it’s vegan, you can eat it raw or cooked! We tried it both ways. When you have it raw, one spoonful is all you need and you are satisfied.
To bake the cookies, all we had to do was scoop them onto a greased cookie sheet! I pressed them down a little bit and baked!
The cookies came out wonderful. They were so chewy and delicious.
I liked the cookies better cooked. There’s nothing better than fresh baked cookies out of the oven.
