The obsession with Trader Joe’s continues and it was passed onto Brandon. Mission success. 🙂 We went to Trader Joe’s to pick up groceries for the weekend and couldn’t pass up buying the gluten free mini cupcakes. We loved the larger gluten free chocolate cupcakes and were very excited to try a different type! I was more excited to get 6 cupcakes as opposed to 2 cupcakes; sharing is caring. The serving size on the package was 3 cupcakes. That’s excellent!
We loved them. I’m more of a chocolate person but I preferred the vanilla cupcakes. I would have liked if there was 3 all chocolate, 3 all vanilla, 3 vanilla cakes with chocolate buttercream and 3 chocolate cakes with vanilla buttercream.
The cake was super moist and not crumbly. The frosting has just the right amount of sweetness and balanced out the cake well. We are definitely buying these again for another treat!
